Throughout their two-year tenure, CRI innovators will have the opportunity to connect with at least four mentors, meeting every six months to gain invaluable insights, guidance, and support. But the possibilities don’t stop there – our innovators can connect with as many mentors as they desire, ensuring they receive a diverse range of perspectives.

Making the Right Match
The CRI team gauges the needs of each innovator through regular 1-1meetings and conversations. Based on their unique requirements, we’ll pair them with a mentor from our database of professionals.
Once the ideal mentor is identified, the CRI team will initiate a connection between the innovator and the mentor through a phone call or email introduction. From there, it’s up to the mentor and mentee to cultivate a connection that goes beyond CRI’s bounds, fostering a meaningful and impactful relationship.
