Felipe Gomez del Campo is one of the innovators selected for the first cohort of Chain Reaction Innovations, a new two-year program that offers innovators with energy- or science-based ideas a home at Argonne National Laboratory for two years, where they’ll have time to develop and scale their technologies to a level that will capture investor and consumer interest. His company, FCG Plasma Solutions, a Cleveland-based company that is developing a better fuel injector that incorporates plasma to better control combustion in jet engines and gas turbines.
